How to plan a meeting across time zones
Set your time zone, the date and time, and how long the meeting will run. Add the cities of everyone attending, and the planner shows the start and end time in each location at a glance. It also detects the viewer’s own zone and highlights it as "Your time".
Share one link with everyone
Copy the share link and send it to your attendees. The meeting details travel in the link itself, so when someone opens it, they see the exact same meeting converted into their own local time, along with a live countdown to the start.
Make a shareable banner
Pick a background image or color and the planner builds a clean banner using your meeting title, with the time and date baked in. The banner choice is saved in the link too, so it looks the same for everyone you send it to. Use the big-screen button to display it full screen on a monitor or projector before a session starts.
Daylight saving is handled for you
The planner uses each region’s current daylight saving rules for the chosen date, so nobody shows up an hour early or late. Weekends and offsets update automatically as you change the date.
